Deluxe Garden rooms will be under renovation (interior) from 1st May to 15th October 2024. The Renovation delays due to weather condition, and we expect the project of our updating Guestrooms, Lobby and new color of roof replacement will be completed by 31th October 2024. Excellent overall stay, had wonderful time, the place was great, would come again

Room was excellent, great bathroom, big bed, loved the balcony option with access to pool, which was also big enough to just relax and lay on the sunbeds. Staff was excellent, very helpful, and if any issue popped up they were handled very quickly, for example, we had an issue with a sunbed, after reporting it, and went out for a bit, once we came back the issue was already fixed. (Only exception was the staff in charge of delivering room service food, for which I had a bit of an issue, they were polite though) Breakfast was good, good variety of foods available. Beach was smaller than it looked before hand, at least the part that was part of the hotel, but I still think it was good enough, and had no issues with it. Location was very good, there was plenty of food options, markets and shops available, and for shopping in general it wasn't far from market options where you could go easily with a taxi for a cheap price. Although the hotel is bit outside the activities when booking things online, so you might need to talk with the organizers before hand to arrange special pick up, or you have option book similar activities that you find online on the ground, either from the hotel or within 5min walking distance you'd find plenty of the same activity offers with most cases with better prices than online and no issues with hotel pick ups, I'd recommend doing that instead.

Room service food was terrible, which is very weird, as the food in the restaurant in general was very good, but not the room service food, and if you paid the room service food by cash, there was no change offered back from the cash, I assumed the staff in this regard just took the extra as a tip, but personally I would have preferred a bit of song and dance, whether I'm giving the tip or not. (The amounts involved were something that I would have given as a tip anyway, so its not really a big deal, but now it didnt seem like it was actually a choice and I didnt like that, of course I'm sure there was also an option to charge it on the room instead, and I doubt that if we'd done that instead there would have been any issues) The gym or rather the fitness room, was super small, I had a bigger image of it from the pictures from before hand, but this was small, even in the hotel standards. Just 1 set of dumbbells, with 2 different options to add as weights, and if you include both weights still very little weight. I think if they'd just add a few more dumbbell weight options or even few more dumbbells themselves and a bench, I wouldn't even feel the need to point it out as negative.

The grounds and pool areas are immaculate The staff is exceptional . Everyone was so friendly and the assistant manager on duty went out of her way to make our stay amazing

The rooms can be cleaner . It needs a bit of an upgrade . Some of the rooms have a musty smell And I can only assume it’s because it’s been closed during Covid . A deep clean and some paint will Make the world of difference

Really nice location ... Close to a number of bars / restaurants and shops but not noisy at all .... Staff are so lovely ... Room cleaned every day .... Lots of choices at breakfast

Rooms are clean and spacious but quite tired looking .. cracks in walls / furniture a bit shabby in places ... Air conditioning unit in my room extremely noisy although I did say to staff who said they checked it out ... .. However don't let this put you off it didn't keep me awake

All in all we had a wonderful stay at the Briza, Loved the pool and beach.

The sea view room was spacious and we had a beautiful view from our deck. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants, bars and convenience stores around. Easy to catch taxis or rent bikes. Room was spacious and always clean.

Breakfast was good but possibly missing the small touches that make it amazing.

Good value for the money

I loved the place. My room was really really big and comfortable. The swimming pool in the back part was amazing. Location is great. The staff was really helpful with everything and really really nice. I also tried a Thai Boxing class and it was really fun and good! (It was my first time)

Beach front, lots of breakfast choices. A/C stopped working one evening, but they moved us quickly to a new room. Nice staff. Close to all the restaurant and shops in the area.

Not the nicest beach, jellyfish! Not enough sun beds. Lots of space for more, but there wasn’t enough. By 8:30am all had towels on them for ‘reservation’. Gym does not have proper A/C and no free weights, definitely needs an upgrade (also very bad signage to the gym). The pool in the building next to the main building does not really have anywhere to sit/lay down, unless you have a swimup room.

Stairs to get to the room was not ideal with my babycar. The staff helped with that when they where around.

Lots of things to do inside. Facalities are great, great breakfast options and rooms are very tidy and they do a great job of taking care ofnthe guests

Its got great features inside but the location is not the main khao lak beach or the surfing spots. For that you have to go 45 mins.

Very Good

Lovely resort in a peaceful location in Khao Lak. Our room was spacious and was in close proximity to the pool and the beach. The staff were quite friendly and we especially appreciated that they allowed us to check out late at 2pm rather than 12 to suit our schedule.

The resort was very quiet in early August.. not much of an atmosphere. The breakfast was very disappointing. My poached eggs were underdone and had a watery vinegar flavor. The hot food options did not look appealing.

Nice and quiet location, lovely staff, beach could have been nicer.

Briza is located towards the end of the beach and it is in a quiet and peaceful environment and very closely located to a little town with many restaurants, bars, massage places, convenience stores and souvenir shops. The staff are really lovely and attentive. The food was relative good and the breakfast was quite versatile.

We stayed in the front part of Briza closer to the beach and were hoping to also swim in the swimming pools in the newer part of the hotel across the road, however that area looks little bit deserted, run down and it misses a character and nice vibe. We very glad to have booked to stay on the beach side. Briza also missed some entertainment or activities for kids, especially older children. Their kids corner is really established to cater to little children and the area was quite smelly and uninviting. The beach is ok, not too dirty but water looked murky. From the photos we expected a beautiful beach, unfortunately this was not the case, so if you go there for the beach, you might be disappointed. The restaurants nearby are affordable at the expense of quality and authenticity, so it is quite difficult to get an authentic green curry for example.

Hotel just at the silent and not crowded beach. Clean and very big rooms.

The hotel has two buildings and on the photos you see only the luxury one. Then when we arrived we suddenly got a room at the other resort which was not like the one on the photos... Breakfast was until 10:30 but the staff started to clean up the buffet at 10:00. So we couldn't really enjoy our breakfast.
